It’s that time of year again when we all start coming up with our top 10 New Years Resolutions, right?! Is this something everyone does?! Do you do this?! I can’t lie, this will be the first for me and with the year I (we all) had, I’m here for it!!

Alright ladies! New Years eve is here!! On a normal year I would say to start grabbing those sparkly outfits and all, but given the circumstances, I have a feeling loungewear is where it’s at in 2020…2021! I’ve dropped a few of my favorite cozies here for ya before I go all “NeW yEaR nEw Me” on ya 😛

TOP 10 NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS
that I hope to stick with + that I hope resinates with you all as well!
1.) *oh looky there right at number one LOL* get back into a health and wellness routine (working out/eating right/supplements etc.) ReGuLaRlY !
2.) explore more – yes with covid still lingering around this can be difficult, but even if it just means being a tourist in your own city – learn new things, shop local!
3.) set aside an hour or two each day to achieve something that will benefit future dreams!
4.) start a new tradition – do you need more date nights? Map out time twice a month to do something together that you enjoy – try something that gets you out of the house. Date nights in are always the best, but do something that gets you exploring, interacting, and having fun!
5.) drink less alcohol – you can still have the same amount of fun with less the amount of alcohol, I promise! (if you’re with the right people of course, hint hint)
6.) say “no” more often or say “yes” more often – whichever one suits you best! Be sure to always keep your cup full before trying to fill others!
7.) learn to love yourself, and your body, more. Take all the self care days you need. There is nothing wrong with spending more and more time working on your mental health!
8.) get more sleep! seriously. set alarms, make time block lists, map out your day – anything to be sure you have plenty of sleep each night, as this will help with numbers 6 & 7 as well!
9.) save enough money to go on a dream trip! or purchase your dream couch! LOL. Whatever it may be – make a plan! Go that extra mile each paycheck to try to cut something out (oh look – refer back to number 5!) in order to save for that dream trip, or couch haha! Even if it takes you more than just one year, imagine how GOOOD that will feel once you accomplished it!
10.) be kind. always. there is never enough kindness being spread – so spread it wherever and whenever you can!
It takes 66 days to make something an automatic habit – stick with it and you won’t have to put it off until the next Top 10 New Years Resolution post! 😉
